Dear God, I come before You feeling overwhelmed and burdened by all the things I cannot control. My heart races with worry, and my mind is tangled in a web of what-ifs. I confess that I try to hold things together on my own, thinking that if I just work harder, everything will be okay. But deep down, I know I am not in control, and it terrifies me.

You promise that You care for me, urging me to cast all my anxiety on You. It’s hard to release my grip, Lord, to let go of the things I cling to so tightly. Help me to trust in Your plan, even when the path seems unclear and shadows cloud my vision. Remind me that Your ways are higher than my ways, and Your thoughts are higher than my thoughts.

Father, grant me the peace that surpasses all understanding, guarding my heart and mind in Christ Jesus. Help me to surrender each worry to You, one by one, believing that You hold my future in Your capable hands. When fear whispers lies, let Your truth speak louder, filling me with the assurance that You are my refuge and strength, an ever-present help in trouble.

In this moment of vulnerability, I choose to lean on You, knowing that Your grace is sufficient for me. Thank You for being my constant, unchanging rock in a world that feels so uncertain. Amen.
