Oh Lord, I come before You with a heavy heart, knowing I have strayed from Your path. I have made mistakes, and I feel the weight of my actions pressing down on me. Father, I am sorry for the ways I have hurt others and myself. I know I cannot undo what is done, but I ask for Your forgiveness, trusting in Your boundless mercy.

You said in Your Word that if we confess our sins, You are faithful and just to forgive us and cleanse us from all unrighteousness. I cling to that promise now, Lord, hoping for Your grace to wash over me. I long for a fresh start, a chance to be whole again in Your eyes. Please, Lord, help me to turn from my wrong ways and walk in righteousness.

I feel so weak, Father, and I need Your strength to guide me. Teach me to forgive myself as You forgive me, and grant me the courage to make amends where I can. Let Your love fill the broken places in my heart and lead me toward healing and reconciliation. Lord, I am grateful for Your unfailing love that covers even my deepest failures. Thank You for being my refuge and my redeemer. Amen.
