O Lord, my heart overflows with gratitude as I come before You. In the busyness of life, I confess I often forget the countless ways You have blessed me. Today, I pause to reflect on Your goodness and give thanks. Your mercies are new every morning, and Your faithfulness is great beyond measure. I remember the times when You lifted me from the depths of despair and set my feet on solid ground. How precious are Your thoughts towards me, O God, how vast is the sum of them!

Thank You for the gift of life and the breath that fills my lungs. Thank You for the beauty of creation that surrounds me, a constant reminder of Your glory. You have provided for my needs and filled my cup to overflowing. As the psalmist declares, “Bless the Lord, O my soul, and forget not all His benefits.” You heal my diseases, redeem my life from the pit, and crown me with steadfast love and mercy.

In moments of doubt, help me to remember Your past faithfulness. Let gratitude be my song and thanksgiving my anthem. With a heart full of thanks, I praise You, for You are good and Your love endures forever. Amen.
