Facing Your Giants

God, I feel so small in front of this enormous challenge. It looms over me like a giant, and I confess that fear grips my heart. Yet, I remember the story of David and Goliath, how You delivered victory through a young shepherd with nothing but a sling and faith. I know that what seems impossible for me is possible with You. You are my strength and shield; in You, my heart trusts, and I am helped. When I am weak, You are strong, and Your power is made perfect in my weakness.

Lord, give me the courage to stand firm, knowing that the battle belongs to You. Help me to cast aside my doubts and worries, for You have not given me a spirit of fear but of power, love, and a sound mind. I need Your peace to flood my soul, calming the storm within me. Remind me that I am never alone, for You are with me, Your rod and Your staff, they comfort me.

Let me see this challenge as an opportunity for Your glory to shine through. Use my smallness to magnify Your greatness. Teach me to lean on Your understanding and not my own, trusting that You are working all things for my good. Grant me the boldness to face my giants, knowing that nothing can separate me from Your love. Amen.
