Oh Lord, even as the winds rage and the storm clouds gather, I lift my voice to praise You. You are my refuge and my fortress, my God, in whom I trust. Though the world around me trembles, You remain unshaken and Your love unfailing. I choose to see Your hand at work, even in the chaos, believing that You make all things work together for good. When my heart is overwhelmed, lead me to the rock that is higher than I. Your presence is my shelter, Your promises my hope.

Father, I am reminded of Paul and Silas in that dark prison, singing hymns to You despite their chains. I want to lift my heart in the same defiant praise, knowing that You inhabit the praises of Your people. I thank You for Your steadfast love, for Your mercies that are new every morning, even when the night seems endless. You are my light and my salvation; whom shall I fear? In Your strength, I find courage to face each day.

Thank You for being the calm in my storm, for Your peace that surpasses all understanding. I praise You, not because of my circumstances, but because of who You are. Amen.
