Dear God, as I lay down tonight, I bring before You the day that has passed. You know every moment, every joy and every struggle. I offer up to You all that I have achieved and all where I have fallen short. Your Word says that You give to Your beloved sleep, and I long for the rest that only You can provide. Lord, I am tired and in need of Your peace.

Help me to release the burdens I carry, the worries that linger in my mind, and the fears about tomorrow. You remind me that Your mercies are new every morning, so I trust that in the morning light, Your grace will meet me anew. Cover my sleep with Your protection, and let my dreams be filled with Your peace.

I surrender to You the things I cannot change and the uncertainties that await. Let Your Spirit wash over me, calming my anxious heart. As I close my eyes, let me feel the assurance of Your presence, knowing that You are with me always. Thank You for being my refuge and strength. I rest in Your love tonight, Father. Amen.
